This day was so much fun. Full of friends family and celebration.
Emmanuel and Jennifer’s day began with a tea ceremony, custom to Jennifer’s family on your wedding day. They served their parents and grandparents tea as a way to say thank you and a sign of respect. At the same time, the parents and grandparents gave them gifts. It was such a sweet time and I loved seeing Jennifer’s face as she was adorned with lots of jewelry.
The ceremony was so traditional in this beautiful church and I could’ve cried. It was a beautiful honoring respectful service that honored God as Emmanuel and Jennifer became husband and wife.
Lastly, and in a THIRD dress, Jennifer and Emmanuel celebrated with family and friends at their reception with lots of food, LOTS of sweets, overflowing drinks, and more dancing than I have ever experienced.
Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Navejas and congratulations! You both are wonderful!
Oh my goodness, what a beauty! I am so excited to finally get to post Jennifer’s bridals. I have been way too excited about them for way too long. Jennifer and I had so much fun during her bridal session. We met in Dallas (she is from Abilene) and shot at the Dallas Arboretum. I will be looking forward to doing another bridal session there. What a great venue!
Jennifer and Emmanuel were married this past weekend so be looking for them in an upcoming blog. There wedding was phenomenal! Congratulations beautiful lady!!!
Jordan and Claire…what a sweet, sweet couple. They had an adoration for each other that anyone could recognize. They made every single person they spoke with feel like the most important guest at their wedding. They are going to great things together. I am so thankful I got to be a part of this wedding. Not only were the bride and groom wonderful but so were their sweet guests.
Then there were the details…every thing was covered in flowers and vintage detail. I couldn’t stop awing over it all. I hope the pictures catch a glimpse of how perfect it all was.
And last, the party. What a party. What a celebration. What a story that has just begun. I’m so excited for you, Jordan and Claire. Great blessings to you both!

Oh my goodness, where to begin…
Tommy and Marissa were married at Chapel Dulcinea in the beautiful hill country of Austin, Texas. I loved this wedding but even more so, I LOVED these people. Tommy and Marissa are the warmest, genuine people accompanied by an enormous amount of amazing friends and family. I laughed AND cried and was encouraged and blessed during this day so I KNOW God has amazing things in store for this beautiful couple. Thank you Tommy and Marissa for letting me be a part of this day. Thank you Marissa for letting me into your life and thoughts as you prepared for this amazing day. What a dear place you truly hold in my heart.
…and now, an obnoxious amount of pictures to take the place of a day I can’t describe with words.

This bride is not only amazingly gorgeous but in the short time I spent with her, she also showed her beautiful, kind, humble heart. Her easy – going attitude and kind gentle demeanor along with this natural beauty produced these amazing images.
I am so excited to finally get to post these. Claire married her groom last night, May 18, 2013 in Van, TX.
Be looking forward to their wedding blog coming soon!!!
Thank you so much, Claire, for letting me be a part.
Oh my goodness, I LOVED this evening. Brady and Megan were married in an intimate setting with family and close friends at Megan’s family “party barn.” And can I say, Megan was the most laid-back bride I have ever been around. I loved being a part of this wedding day and meeting some of the sweetest people. I hope through these pictures you can see how in-love Brady and Megan are. Best wishes to you both! I am so excited for you to begin this adventure together!
